You’ll be hosted by award-winning bartender, Niles Peacock and Ian MacNeil from Glass Vodka, who will guide through how to perfectly pair their vodkas with food.
The highlight of the evening includes a 5-course menu specially created by Chef Skyler with each course perfectly paired with a craft cocktail made with an award-winning Glass Vodka.

Pumpernickel crumble, citrus oil, dill crème fraiche
Paired with a French 76 cocktail with Glass Ruby Red Grapefruit Vodka, lemon juice, sugar, Francois Montand Blanc de Blanc Brut, lemon peel diamond

Paired with The Kingston cocktail with Glass Straight Vodka, Martinelli’s sparkling apple cider, angostura aromatic bitters, Cara Cara orange peel

Grilled Hanger Steak
