You’ll be hosted by award-winning bartender, Niles Peacock and the winemaker from Ambassador who will guide through how to perfectly pair wines with food.

The highlight of the evening includes a 5-course menu specially created by Chef Skyler with each course perfectly paired with a custom cocktail featuring Ambassador wines.

Nettle Risotto
Locally sourced stinging nettle, pecorino, morel mushrooms

Rabbit two ways, sunchoke hash, English peas, pea vines, rabbit jus lie
