You’ll enjoy a guided tour through the history of bourbon, the story of Elijah Craig (known as the father of bourbon), and a 5-course dinner ending with a very rare and highly allocated 18 year old Elijah Craig Bourbon! You’ll be hosted by Niles Peacock, Director of Bar Operations, recently voted Best Bartender in the Best of Western Washington competition sponsored by KING 5, and spirit specialist Mike Crow (yes it’s really gonna be Mr. Peacock and Mr. Crow).
